HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE (HHW) DROP-OFF SITES 

Waukesha County operates:

•  4 year-round household hazardous waste drop-off sites for residents (see below) and 

• 4 special one-day collections in spring and fall in Brookfield, Delafield, Mukwonago and Oconomowoc. 

Please note the Holiday closing schedule for the permanent HHW drop-off sites. 

All sites are free to Waukesha County residents with proof of residency e.g. driver's license, tax bill etc.

Some sites are now using text recognition 'readers' to scan a resident's driver's' license for name and address only,
eliminating the need for hand-completed forms.
