Large Claims Class Codes

Every Large Claims case filed is identified by a “CV” designation along with the year and file number to make up the full case number, for example 08 CV 1234.  Each case is also designated with a clasification code which identifies the type of Large Claim action it is.  It is the responsibility of the individual filing a new action to choose the correct case classification code and note it on the paperwork that starts the action.
